Indictment of James Bootle and William Schofield for breaking and entering the warehouse of the prosecutor and the theft of various moneys and materials belonging to Joseph Heyes, the prosecutor. Bootle pronounced not guilty, Schofield guilty - sentenced to 1 year at Lancaster Castle.
